How a month works
- 1. Payment settles. Your included scan is created only after a successful monthly payment.
- 2. You start the scan. We email you a secure single-use link. Nothing runs until you choose to start it.
- 3. You get a comparable report. Same questions, category and engine configuration as your baseline, with comparability stated on the report. If the configuration changed, we say so instead of implying a trend.
Cancellation
You may submit a cancellation request at any time. If you request cancellation during the three-month initial commitment, the plan remains active and billed through the end of that commitment. After the initial term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
