Refunds

Your first month. Reply to the email with your first report, or write to hello@promptvisible.ai. Ask before your second month starts. We refund within one business day.

If a report fails. If a report fails to generate, we re-run it automatically. If it fails again, we refund that month. The free snapshot has no payment to refund.

When we do not refund. After the first month, completed reports aren't refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge. A report that shows the assistants don't name you yet is a real result, not a failed one. We don't promise that any assistant will name your business. Nobody can.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime in one click from any monthly email. No call, no form. Cancelling stops the next run.

Yearly plans. Yearly plans are never more than monthly. Your first month is risk-free. After that, cancel any time and we refund what's left after $49 for each month started. Cancel in your fourth month and you get $294 back. Cancelling a yearly plan ends it straight away, and we refund the rest to your card. On a yearly plan, the first month's refund is the whole $490.

How a refund is sent. A successful refund goes back to the original card via Stripe. Refunds reach your card in 5 to 10 business days.
