1. The service
Prompt Visible provides one-time AI visibility audits that test how large language model assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) reference your website, and delivers a scored PDF report with prioritized recommendations.
2. Purchases and pricing
Audits are sold as one-time purchases. Pricing is displayed in USD on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Each purchase entitles you to a single audit of the specified website.
3. Refund policy
If our audit engine fails to complete a report, we refund your purchase automatically. If you are unsatisfied with a completed report, contact hello@promptvisible.ai within 14 days and we will review the request.
4. Acceptable use
You may only submit websites you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use Prompt Visible to test private networks, staging environments protected by security controls, or to overload third-party infrastructure. We block private IP ranges and rate-limit outbound requests.
5. Report ownership
Reports are delivered to you for your own use. You may share excerpts internally or with your agency. You may not resell the raw report as your own product.
6. Third-party AI models
Audit results depend on responses from OpenAI, Anthropic and other model providers. These responses vary over time and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee ranking outcomes or that recommendations will produce a specific business result.
7. Limitation of liability
Prompt Visible is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
