1. The service

Prompt Visible shows whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini name your business when real buyers ask. The free snapshot asks one buyer question and does not include the fix list. The paid plan is $49 per month, or $490 a year.

2. Purchases and pricing

The paid plan is $49 per month, shown in USD on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Founding price: $49 a month, locked for life, for the first 100 businesses. Founding members keep $49 a month for as long as their plan stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. Each month we re-ask the same 8 buyer questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini (32 answers) and email what changed: named or not, and who was named instead. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next run and the next charge. Cancelling a monthly plan does not on its own refund a month already paid for; section 3 says when we refund. This does not promise that any engine will name your brand.

You can also pay yearly: $490 a year, charged when you start and again each year until you cancel. It is the same plan, with the same report every month. Founding price: $490 a year, locked for life, for the first 100 businesses. Yearly founding members keep $490 a year for as long as their plan stays active. Cancelling a yearly plan ends it straight away and stops the next run and the next charge; section 3 says what we refund.

3. Refund policy

Your first month is risk-free. If your first report isn't worth $49 to you, reply to the email and we refund your first payment. No questions. Ask before your second month starts. We refund within one business day. If a report fails to generate, we re-run it automatically. If it fails again, we refund that month. After the first month, completed reports aren't refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge. The free snapshot has no payment to refund. Questions go to hello@promptvisible.ai.

Yearly plans are never more than monthly. Your first month is risk-free. After that, cancel any time and we refund what's left after $49 for each month started. Cancel in your fourth month and you get $294 back. The refund goes back to the original card. In the first month of a yearly plan, the first-month refund is the whole $490.

4. Acceptable use

You may only submit websites you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use Prompt Visible to test private networks, staging environments protected by security controls, or to overload third-party infrastructure. We block private IP ranges and rate-limit outbound requests.

5. Report ownership

Reports are delivered to you for your own use. You may share excerpts internally or with your agency. You may not resell the raw report as your own product.

6. Third-party AI models

Audit results depend on responses from OpenAI, Anthropic and other model providers. These responses vary over time and are provided as-is. This does not promise that any engine will name your brand, and it does not promise a ranking or a specific business result.

7. Limitation of liability

Prompt Visible is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
