What we collect
When you run an audit we collect the website URL, business name and description, your email address, competitor URLs you provide, and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not collect payment card numbers — Stripe handles that directly.
How we use it
- Run the AI visibility checks you requested.
- Email you your results and your monthly reports.
- Respond to support requests and issue refunds when needed.
- Improve the audit engine in aggregate, anonymized form.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your website content or audit results to train third-party AI models. We do not share your email with marketing partners.
Processors
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity to ask the customer questions in your checks, and Supabase for hosting and storage. Each processor handles only the data required to deliver its service.
Analytics and ad measurement
We measure how people use our site so we can improve it:
- Google Analytics counts visits and steps such as starting a free check. We never send it your email, business name, website or results.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors scroll and tap on our homepage, our ad landing page, our pricing page and our free checker page, as recordings and heatmaps. The free check forms, their results and the support chat are hidden from these recordings.
- The Reddit Pixel and Reddit’s Conversions API tell Reddit when someone who clicked one of our ads starts a free check or buys, so we can see which ads work. We send Reddit the ad click ID, a scrambled ID, and your browser’s IP address and type, never your email, business name or results.
We also keep our own count of page visits and steps, without your email.
Retention
Audit reports and metadata are retained so you can re-download them from your share link. You can request deletion of your audit and email at any time by writing to hello@promptvisible.ai.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
