What we collect
When you run an audit we collect the website URL, business name and description, your email address, competitor URLs you provide, and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not collect payment card numbers — Stripe handles that directly.
How we use it
- Run the AI visibility checks you requested.
- Deliver your scored PDF report by email.
- Respond to support requests and issue refunds when needed.
- Improve the audit engine in aggregate, anonymized form.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your website content or audit results to train third-party AI models. We do not share your email with marketing partners.
Processors
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI and Anthropic to run citation tests, and Supabase for hosting and storage. Each processor handles only the data required to deliver its service.
Retention
Audit reports and metadata are retained so you can re-download them from your share link. You can request deletion of your audit and email at any time by writing to hello@promptvisible.ai.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
